NIKE J1 Inline Hockey skates!
NIKE J1'S
"Growing up in the 80’s and 90’s I was always a huge fan of Nike shoes. Even before I started playing hockey I wanted to be a designer for Nike. When Fedorov starting wearing the first Nike skates in 97’ I thought it was the coolest thing ever. I loved the Nike hockey of the 90’s and early 2000’s. In 2021 I had the idea to try to design an exact duplicate of the original Fedorov skate that was never released for retail but using today’s modern materials. In 2023 I finally starting working with one of my long time factories to make a pair. A few close friends said they had to get a pair too. Pavel Barber was one of the first to get them. Once we saw the response from people, I knew I had to try to build on it. It was the opportunity to combine my passion for hockey, Nike and industrial design." - CJ Gamble
